We would like to inform you of the impressions of everyone who participated in the “Okudosan Summit” held on December 16, 2023. As an organizer, I was very happy to hear such feedback. Thank you to everyone who participated.
The rice we cooked was not new rice, but last year’s rice, but it was so delicious that I thought it was new rice, and they had 2 to 3 refills. I’m so happy. The following are comments from everyone.
１．It was a great summit, with passionate and warm-hearted “Okudo-san friends” gathered together.
２，It was a really fun and could have a delicious rice eating. thank you very much. I am once again in awe of Mrs. Doi’s unwavering enthusiasm.
３， Thank you for allowing me to participate in the Okudo-san Summit yesterday.
Even though I have never used Okudo-san in my personal life, it was a nostalgic and relaxing space.
The rice cooked at Okudo-san is very delicious, and I was able to reconfirm that it is superior not only in terms of culture but also in terms of functionality.
４，I was also impressed by the amount of time and effort put into the invisible parts of the restoration work, showing that these are the craftsmen.
５，At our company, we would like to continue to create better products using traditional manufacturing methods using Okudosan, and take on the challenge not only in Japan but also overseas.
６，I would like to thank you for the valuable experience I had the other day.
I feel that it was a wonderful meeting, not only because of the deliciousness of the food cooked by Okudo-san, but also because of the thoughts of the people who gathered there. I’m really thankful to you.
The refreshing atmosphere of that place was a pleasant feeling that I don’t often feel in my daily life, and it was similar to the refreshing feeling you get when you enter the grounds of a shrine. I sincerely hope that Okudo-san will continue to be used with care.
７，The rice cooked at Okudo-san was really delicious! I also listened with great interest to Okumiya’s lecture and various other talks from the participants.
