A bakery located a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Katsura Station, Pan dokoro moude is a locally owned bakery. With the creed of being in charge of Katsura’s bakery, he bakes delicious bread every day. This is my favorite bakery, and they use Kyoto wheat to bake their bread. One of my favorites is the red rice malt bread. I’m such a fan that I always make a reservation and buy it because it’s so delicious that it’s often sold out and I can’t buy it. The red bean paste is also homemade, and the curry of the curry bread is also homemade and very popular. There are many popular products such as dice rusks and maple rusks.

Also, croissant dough bread, onion bread, almond brownie … there is no end. Recently, a pizza proposed by a 5th grade student at Katsura Higashi Elementary School is on sale. The first proposed products were Kujo green onion pizza miso flavor and sesame flavor. It was so delicious that I bought it in bulk and froze it. New pizza is Vegetable cream boiled pizza from last week.

School education should be exciting, fun, and at the same time narrowing down the wisdom of life. I felt the importance of learning on-site, not just classroom lectures, from the bakery’s products. The shining smile of an elementary school student comes to mind.

Graduation ceremony season, such a wonderful field trial will be a page of memories.

The store opens at 7:30 in the morning, and many people buy it. After all, the personality of the owner and the proprietress is wonderful, and the personality of the bread is added to the deliciousness of the bread. I always enjoy buying new items when they come on sale.
