This is the third time for “Love letter to Kyoto” public offering project to enhance the dissemination capability and centripetal force of Kyoto’s charm, with the wishes of Kyoto forever being Kyoto. “The 1st Love Story to Kyoto” 2009 – 2010, “2nd Love Story to Kyoto” will be held from 2012 to 2013

Anyone who loves Kyoto
The third Entry format
- A work must be in the form of text, haiku, senryu, photos and picture letter less than 400 characters
- More than ４００ characters, other than the above work in the form of videos, etc. will not be accepted
- Work has to be original
- Japanese and English are acceptable
